Career School Graduate

The Larry McClelland Scholarship Fund (LMSF) was founded on the belief that all students may not be academically college inclined, but they can still achieve greatness after high school. However; there are other career opportunities available to graduating seniors or adult learners such as trade or vocational schools to pursue a specific trade or career path. By removing some of the financial burdens associated with going to, surviving in, and completing a career school journey, the LMSF enhances the opportunities of aspiring young adults in increasing long term career success for many motivated yet underserved youth and young adults. Additionally; this opportunity may lead to future entrepreneur aspirations in business. The grant can be used to cover tuition expenses and related supplemental educational expenses such as books, course supplies and required certifications. All LMSF recipients are required to “give back” by conducting community service and by serving as mentors to younger, aspiring Wise Counsel Foundation Scholars.
